Terms and Privacy Policy

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, installation, and use of products and services offered under NPSUI, a trademark brand of Cosmic Sui Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 201023786W). By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Brand & Trademark

NPSUI is a registered trademark brand operated by Cosmic Sui Pte. Ltd. (Registration No. 201023786W). All content, branding, and materials associated with NPSUI are the intellectual property of Cosmic Sui Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

2. Price and Product Availability

  • The water purifier products offered by NPSUI may be heavily subsidised at promotional rates as stated in advertisements or marketing materials.

  • All prices are subject to change with or without prior notice.

  • Due to the subsidised nature of these products, availability of colours, models, and systems is subject to stock availability.

  • Specific requests for colours or system configurations may be noted, but fulfillment is not guaranteed and may be subject to a nominal administrative fee.

3. Personal Information & Consent

  • By providing your contact details to NPSUI, you consent to being contacted regarding your enquiry, product interest, installation arrangements, or related services.

  • You may opt out of further communications at any time by submitting a request through our contact form or official communication channels.

  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for service-related purposes.

4. Installation Terms

  • Installation details will be discussed and confirmed with the customer on the day of installation, prior to any piping or connection to the main water supply.

  • If the customer requests changes after installation has been completed, additional installation or modification fees will apply.

  • Any work beyond the originally agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Warranty Policy

  • Any unauthorised disassembly, tampering, or modification of the water purifier will immediately void the warranty.

  • Failure to replace all stages of water filters at least once every 12 months will also result in the warranty being void.

  • During the warranty period, NPSUI will repair or replace defective parts or units at its discretion.

  • If the original model is no longer available, a replacement of similar value or specification will be provided.

6. Company Discretion: Order Cancellation & Installation Rescheduling

  • NPSUI reserves the right to cancel an order if repeated changes or delays to installation schedules cause operational disruption or prevent other customers from securing installation slots.

  • Any late rescheduling notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of SGD 50.

  • Changes made less than two (2) days prior to the scheduled installation date are considered late notice.

7. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon completion of installation, unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing.

  • Customers requiring special payment arrangements, advance payments, or alternative payment modes must inform our customer service team before the delivery or installation date.

  • Failure to make payment may result in legal recovery action.

  • Outstanding amounts will incur compound interest at 5% per month until fully settled.

  • All recovery costs, including legal and administrative fees, will be added to the final amount payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
