Filter Lifespan and Filter Replacement

  • Filters lifespan 9 to 12 months and subject to change according to the quality of water at your location and consumption.
  • We will send you reminder via WhatsApp nearer to the date for filter replacement.
  • The yearly replacement will also include delivery, installation and servicing of the water purifier.
  • The water purifier is suitable for a family of 5-8 members.

Levels Of Filtrations

The following explains the function of each filter.

UF Membrane Filter

Removes high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, polymeric molecules, bacteria up to 99.9% except minerals.

Pre-Carbon filter

Designed to remove chlorine, odor, organic contaminants, pesticides and chemicals that affect the taste and odor

Post-Carbon filter

Designed to remove residual impurities, chlorine and odors from pre-treated the water by high grade activated carbon.

Silver Carbon Filter

Inhibits the growth of bacteria within the filter media bed. The addition of silver in the GAC of this filter has brilliant performance of anti-bacteria.

Sediment Filter

Provided a high reliability by remove fine dirt, sand, dust and other solid particles in water through (1/1000 mm) pores.

Alkaline Hydrogen Filter

This hydrogen water filter makes hydrogen rich alkaline water with strong antioxidant activity. It helps boost body energy and hydration.

Things to Note for Installation

Kindly take note installation requirements for (commercial and residential) per below:

  • Installation will be done with direct connection with the water point with a value.
  • There will be a 3-pin power point plug. 
  • Space required for Desktop Water purifier dimension: Wide: 17 x Depth: 41 x Height: 42 cm. 
  • Standard installation includes 6 m of tube piping, drilling on tabletop.
  • 13S is slim and sleek, unable to store the filter inside the machine, so the filter will store under the basin or inside a cabinet like above. The installation man will discuss with you, the place to store the filter, before he proceeds to install the water purifier.
  • Size required for filter storage per below.
